We ship physical products to destinations offered during checkout. Availability can vary by destination and product.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated transportation time is 2–4 business days. This estimate is not a guarantee and carrier or destination conditions may cause delays.

Charges and order details

Any free-shipping eligibility is determined and displayed at checkout. Please provide a complete address, email, and phone number; the customer is responsible for reviewing those details before placing an order.

Tracking and exceptions

When tracking is available, we send it to the email supplied with the order. If tracking stalls, a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, or an order arrives damaged, contact us with the order number so we can review the carrier record and available remedy.
